Shepherd Care is a not-for-profit corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia and as a 501 (c) 3 Corporation with the IRS. The organization is over seen by a board of directors. The staff is made up of professionals who are trained in caring for people.

Shepherd Care

Eric Kieselbach (pronounced “key-sill-baa”) is the founder and president of Shepherd Care. He has been married to his wife Kay for over 30 years. They have two adult children who are both pursuing college & career choices. Eric is a Certified Chaplain, Pastor, former Qualified Mental Health Provider, former Director of Operations, and trained in Critical Incident and Stress Management.

How We Serve

People bring their stresses into the workplace and this hampers productivity. Also the cost to train a new employee is often greater than maintaining an existing employee. Shepherd Care builds relationships and comes along side an individual in their time of need to help them through life’s challenges. As the Proverb aptly states, “When no support is available, the people fall: but in the presence of care givers there is help, assistance, and care.”
